Change generation (Cameroonians between 25 and 45 years). If you are between 25 and 45 years you must have witnessed most of the following:
 Devaluation of the FCFA
 Bush faller frenzy (aggressive migration to the west for further education and better living standards)
 The arrival of the internet (it used to cost FCFA 1000 per hour to browse the internet, we used to pay for creation of free email accounts)
 The arrival and rise in the use of cell phones (primary school kids now have cell phones)
 Internet/cell phone banking
 The 2007/2008 global economic crisis
 The election of the first black man as president in America
 The Nigerian film and music industry boom
 etc.



We live in a rapidly changing world where technology has taken centre place. Unfortunately these changes have not yielded adequate economic growth to our beloved country Cameroon.
We believe that the 25-45 generation is equipped with the right skills, experiences (especially after experiencing the events mentioned above) and qualifications to take our country (Cameroon) to the next level – enhanced economic development/growth. Some of our fellow 25-45s in Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa are already using their skills and experiences to contribute to Africa’s economic growth; but we need more 25-45s to join.
We cannot continue to point fingers at the government and wait for her to create jobs. We need to be more proactive, create jobs by creating more formal small and medium sized (SMEs) enterprises in Cameroon.
This realisation has given birth to “25-45”BUSINESS CONSULTING SA which aims to contribute to the economic development of our beloved country (Cameroon) and Africa through the provision of the following innovative services:

1. CONSTRUCTION/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
It is argued that the construction sector plays a vital role in the economic growth of countries. This is probably true for our country Cameroon; with the numerous constructions (residential houses, hotels, schools, shopping complexes) that one sees upon driving through Cameroon’s cities (Douala, Buea, Bamenda, Yaounde, Limbe etc).
The worrying concern is that, like anything else, if these are not properly managed, the opportunity of using constructions to stimulate growth will be missed.
Before one embarks on a construction project the following (not exhaustive) questions need to be answered:
 Why do you want to construct a house, hotel or school? Why are you constructing in a particular location? What kind of structure do you want to construct? What is the cost of constructing a chosen structure?
 When a construction decision is made – how will you go about it? Who will manage and supervise the construction, how long will it take? etc.


It cost so much time and money to complete a construction project and hence it should be done professionally to avoid misuse of hard earned monies.
The founder of 25-45 BC has had a very difficult experience in constructing a house in Cameroon while leaving abroad. This made him realize that there is an opportunity to provide professional construction management services to those that are carrying out construction projects far away from where they reside.
The technology world we live in today has made long distances seem so short or sometimes deleted distances. One can complete a degree offered by a University in Europe, America or South Africa while in Cameroon. 25-45 BC uses this technological advancement to provide quality construction management services to individuals carrying out construction projects that are physically far away (especially Cameroonians living in the Diaspora).
Are you planning on carrying out a construction project (build a house, school, business complex etc.)? We are here to help you from the very beginning to the end of the process (research and decision on what and where to construct, drawing of plans, drafting of cost estimates, recruitment of builder, sourcing of materials, provision of timely feedback via our website, etc.). The following is a summary of how it works:
a. We are an authentic business with a legal identity, all you need is to sign a legal contract with us and we will manage your project and give you timely and professional feedback on the progress of your project.
b. Once you sign an engagement with us, an online profile of your project will be created and you will be given access via a login window. This will be similar to checking your bank account online.
c. Note that we do not have to touch your money or funds. We give you feedback that you can use as a basis for making progress payments.
For example, say you want to build a house, we will get various quotes from builders and present to you for selection – once your selection is made, the builder will be legally engaged (with strict project deliverables). We will manage the deliverables and update your online project profile till completion. Payments will be made to suppliers and contractors directly or via a third party of your choice per predetermined deliverables and payment terms.



d. The project profile will display the following (depending on the nature of the engagement that you sign with us):

 Project design and plans
 Cost estimates
 Clearly defined deliverables (with timelines), payment plans etc.
 Feedback on implementation (details of actual spend, pictures, report of events-if any, etc.)
 Various reports (quality inspections, etc.)

Cameroon has been criticized in numerous writings of its lack of formal enterprises, and this has been the reason advanced for the little contribution that the African small and medium sized enterprises are making towards Africa’s economic growth.

25-45 Business Consulting sees this as an opportunity to contribute in the creation of formal SMEs and formalization of existing informal SMEs; through the provision of professional business development consulting services. These include:

Founder
25-45 BUSINESS CONSULTING (25-45BC) was founded by Collins Mazu, a Chartered Accountant registered with ACCA (Association of Chartered certified Accountants) since 2008. Collins also holds a B.Com Honours degree in Accounting from the University of the Free State, South Africa and a B.Sc. Degree in Accounting from the University of Buea, Cameroon.
Collins has more than 10 years working experience in various fields (education, consulting and Mining).

Operations Manager
Emmanuel Ngam is the Operations Manager of 25-45 BC. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of the Free State - South Africa and has 6years working experience in both the educational and consulting field.

Business Consultants

-Carolin Ndum – She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Buea and is a professional level student with ACCA. She has 5 years working experiences (in the energy and education sectors).
-Shirley Munjah – She is an ACCA Affiliate (December 2012) and has 3 years working experience within the finance and education sectors.
-Martin Nzounko – ACCA professional level student with 3 years working experience in the education sector.

-Dorine Acham – She is studying towards obtaining a B.Com degree in Marketing Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She has 3 years working experience in organising and running various events.
