Poor personal interviews
I have been a contingent employee with entail for ten years. Was told that the blue badges were going to try and get me on because I’m one of the best workers they have had. Of course that has never happened because every two to three years they do major lay offs and have long hiring freezes of course. I had high recommendations from Gl, managers, and other blue badge employees and could not even get a interview. There are so many blue badges that don’t work and are lazy but that’s what they want. Now I know there are blue badges quitting because of hr not hiring the good workers. Intel is the worst company to work for with a very low rating from even their blue badge employees
