MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT/HR ASSISTANT

 Create and maintain employee files
 Prepare security passes and work spaces for employees (new employees)
 Assist managers on HR issues
 Attend to correspondence and emails
 Organize training for employees
 Update employee database
 Ensure HR department has enough stationery supplies
 Liaise with payroll department on HR issues
 Handling employee sickness, absence, leave, etc
 Handling enquiries and phone calls
 Organize induction for new employees
 Ensuring new and old employee paperwork and forms are completed
 Resolve salary issues with payroll
 Participate in job interviews, evaluation and selection of new employees
 Write offers of employment
 Attend disciplinary and grievance meetings of employees
 Write drafts of correspondence and documents for HR officer
 Draft of employment contracts and keeping workers updated with any changes
 Prepare job adverts
 Ensure department complies with recruitment policies, laws and regulations
 Interpret company’s Hr policies and practices and clarify them
 Arrange pre-employment medical examination
 Put together new employee starter packs
 Keep track of employee anniversaries and rewards due, etc.
