Review of GTZ (Cooperation Allemande) (GTZ)

The GTZ was involve in the collection and distribution of a series of laws, decrees and texts relating to decentralisation. These laws were put on a CD and made available to some councils and civil society organisations.
These have been very useful and, If gtz could create a link on the GTZ website where all these laws are posted for other internet users to download it will be very helpful.
