Is the result slip an official transcript or that's true only for certificates?

I didn't have O/L physics and I am in uppersixt, is it possible to register physics O/L while writing my A/L at thesame time if my subjects don't clash?

I can't find my ordinary level slip can I still get one?or enroll in the university?

Please Sir, ever since the result was released, Mine and others didn't come.After series of complain to our vice principle, there is still no positive response. I am from P.H.S Batibo.
Sir what do we do for our result to be released.
